Bas is a product of a long line of KNPV dogs; siblings in Holland and the USA are well known as excellent, hard police dogs (Smokie PH1 440, Pieter PH1, Commando PH1 PH2 Obj, Udo PH1, Trixie PSA3).
Bas began his working career in PSA, at three years old winning the Nationals PSA1. He then proved his working ability tenfold by switching sports and learning entirely new exercises and decoy work, while his handler and the decoys learned the sport as well! He finished his French Ring 3 in 2008 and is still active training decoys.
